How to Alleviate Panic Attacks : How to Do Breathing Exercises
Hi, this is Ben Brennan from Austin, Texas.
I'm coming to you on behalf of Expert Village
and today we're going to be talking about
panic attacks. Okay now I'd like to go over
the breathing exercises you can use to help
yourself be prepared for a panic attack and
actually be able to control or prevent panic
attacks from worsening. The first thing you
want to do is to pay attention to your body.
Are you breathing with your chest or your
abdomen or both? This is important to know
as we've mentioned before in another clip,
most people who suffer from an anxiety attacks
tend to be chest breathers too. So you really
want to know about yourself. Step one is to
lay on your back and relax. For those of us
with higher levels of anxiety, this relaxation
may take a while. But go easy on yourself,
if it takes you a first few days just to get
to the point of relaxation, be glad you probably
needed that relaxation time anyways a lot
more than you needed to learn how to breathe
right now. Be patient with yourself. Once
you are comfortable laying down and relaxed
enough to be able to observe your breathing,
try breathing with only your abdomen. This
may take some time so don't push yourself,
this is about relaxation. Also, remember that
breathing is an autonomic response. So you
really don't breathe as much as you allow
yourself to breathe. If you're having trouble
allowing yourself to breathe with your stomach,
try putting a book on it and adding a little
pressure as you breathe in and out. This will
give your body something to focus on and help
condition your stomach to rise instead of
your chest when you breathe. If you're still
having trouble breathing with your abdomen
instead of your chest, one thing you can do
is turn around and get up on your hands and
knees. Being in this posture will lock your
chest in a fixed position and allow your diaphragm
and your stomach to do the breathing work.
While you're doing this just relax and pay
attention to your stomach and you'll notice
what it feels like for your stomach to do
the breathing work. When you feel comfortable
with this you can go back to lying on your
back and practicing your abdominal breathing
according to the previous steps. Now don't
expect change overnight, but continue to do
this everyday if possible. Preferably for
fifteen minutes but really any amount will
help. You'll find that eventually this may
be the most relaxed part of your day and you
may actually look forward to doing your breathing
exercises. After a few weeks or a few months,
you'll know what to do when you start to feel
that panic coming and not only will you be
able to help panic attacks subside more quickly,
you may be able to avoid a full blown panic
attack from occurring by breathing properly
with your stomach and helping yourself relax
before your small sense of panic turns into
a full blown panic attack.

I had to figure out a way to get past it
because my job requires me to fly
I tried everything counseling drinking

How to Alleviate Panic Attacks : How to Help Someone Having a Panic Attack
Hi, this is Ben Brennan from Austin, Texas,
I'm coming to you on behalf of Expert Village
and today we're going to be talking about
panic attacks. Let's talk about what you can
do to comfort someone during a panic attack.
The first thing you should do when someone
is having a panic attack is listen. Although
the person having a panic attack may not be
able to immediately verbalize what they need,
if they can tell you are ready to listen what
is going on and how you can help, you won't
even need the rest of this list, you can do
whatever your loved one tells you what they
need. Another thing you can do for a person
experiencing a panic attack is letting them
know you care. A way to communicate this for
most people is just putting a arm around that
person or hugging them. This is the way your
friend has physical evidence that they are
not alone to combat the physical messages
of panic that their body is producing. Obviously
only do this if you are there with that person.
What I mean is that this is definitely not
the time or place to make an acquaintance
or a friend even more anxious with an unwanted
hug or inappropriate affection. Finally, show
that you're truly supporting them by looking
your friend in the eye. Eye contact can go
a long way in expressing to the person that
you're with them. This does not mean starring
at them silently. This may give the appearance
that you are shocked or scared. The last thing
they need is for their friends around them
to panic. Warm supportive eye contact along
with appropriate touch and affirming words
will give a person experiencing a panic attack
what they need. Which is to know that you're
concerned and that someone that cares is present
with them. Not just physically but emotionally
as well.

How to Alleviate Panic Attacks : How to Help Someone Having a Panic Attack
Hi, this is Ben Brennan from Austin, Texas,
I'm coming to you on behalf of Expert Village
and today we're going to be talking about
panic attacks. Let's talk about what you can
do to comfort someone during a panic attack.
The first thing you should do when someone
is having a panic attack is listen. Although
the person having a panic attack may not be
able to immediately verbalize what they need,
if they can tell you are ready to listen what
is going on and how you can help, you won't
even need the rest of this list, you can do
whatever your loved one tells you what they
need. Another thing you can do for a person
experiencing a panic attack is letting them
know you care. A way to communicate this for
most people is just putting a arm around that
person or hugging them. This is the way your
friend has physical evidence that they are
not alone to combat the physical messages
of panic that their body is producing. Obviously
only do this if you are there with that person.
What I mean is that this is definitely not
the time or place to make an acquaintance
or a friend even more anxious with an unwanted
hug or inappropriate affection. Finally, show
that you're truly supporting them by looking
your friend in the eye. Eye contact can go
a long way in expressing to the person that
you're with them. This does not mean starring
at them silently. This may give the appearance
that you are shocked or scared. The last thing
they need is for their friends around them
to panic. Warm supportive eye contact along
with appropriate touch and affirming words
will give a person experiencing a panic attack
what they need. Which is to know that you're
concerned and that someone that cares is present
with them. Not just physically but emotionally
as well.

What are PANIC ATTACKS? Mental Health Help with Kati Morton - ASMR Caring Friend Role Play for Panic Attack
What are PANIC ATTACKS? Mental Health Help with Kati Morton
Hey Everybody!
Today I am going to
talk about panic attacks.
What are they?
(intro music playing)
So like I said today I want
to talk about panic attacks.
Many of you have asked me
andquot;is this what I am having?andquot;
andquot;Is this a panic attack?andquot;
andquot;People say they have
panic attacks!andquot;
andquot;What does that look like?andquot;
And there are a lot
of misconceptions out there,
like with anything
that we talk about.
Am I right?
Now, panic attacks are
a little different.
The first thing I want to
make sure you understand
is that panic attacks are not
something I can diagnose you with.
andquot;You have panic attacksandquot;
You may have panic attacks
but that is not a diagnostic criteria.
Panic attacks are something that can happen
with any anxiety disorder.
In the DSM, I have my DSM here,
They have what they call specifiers,
or different things you may feel
that will help you better understand
if you are having panic attacks,
and then let you know what
you can say to your physician,
therapist, psychiatrist, whatever to
get the help that you need.
The thing that is
interesting about panic attacks
is that the more they happen,
the more we fear
they are going to happen,
and then
they happen more frequently.
Because they start based
on the fear of having more of them.
So the better and sooner
we get ahold of it
and understand what is happening
the better the outcome for us.
Does that make sense?
the prevalence in the United States,
just so you know,
is panic attacks happen
to 11-12% of people.
That's just in the States.
So we know that these happen a lot.
The sooner we get them
taken care of and under control,
the better off
we all are.
Now some of the specifiers
that they talk about,
things you may notice,
(side note:) before I even get into that,
my clients will say things to me like:
andquot;I felt like I was drowningandquot;
or andquot;I couldn't catch my breath! andquot;
andquot;I was taking all these short little breaths
and then it progressively got worse.andquot;
Panic attacks andquot;peakandquot;,
they call it the peak,
when it reaches the most intense
amount of panic within a few minutes.
So, there aren't things
that go on for a full day.
or a full week.
These are things that peak quickly
and then slowly go down.
Now, everyone's experience is different.
This is just the overall mean
for how long panic attacks last.
Now, panic attacks
can feel like:
palpatations, pounding heart
accelerated heart rate,
some people will say
andquot;I felt like I was having a heart attack.andquot;
sweating, a lot of people's palms
will sweat suddenly,
or their back, and they will be embarassed
because they are somewhere
and they are like,
andquot;Oh no, Oh no!andquot;
Trembling or shaking,
sensations, shortness of breath,
like being smothered.
Some people will feel like I said,
taking short breaths,
like they couldn't catch their breath.
Feelings of choking,
chest pain or discomfort,
which is why a lot of people will report
that it feels like they
are having a heart attack or drowning.
Nausea, or abdominal distress.
Now I dont hear that one
as frequently as others,
but everyone experiences things differently,
so if you feel anxiety in general
in your stomach,
them maybe you feel it
there during a panic attack.
Feeling dizzy, unsteady,
lightheaded, faint
which leads to that fear of
having it,
and feeling like we need to sit down
and catch our breath.
People will feel that a lot.
Chills or heat sensations,
numbness or tingling sensations,
derealization, kind of depersonalization,
I have a video actually
about dissociation.
I have done videos with Melissa
'Idranktheseawater' (youtube name)
about maladaptive daydreaming,
all of those things where we
have an 'out of body' experience.
We can have that happen.
For many of you who struggle
with dissociation,
having panic attacks you will find
you go into that automatically.
And really what that is
is a coping skill for our mind
because it feels like things
are getting a little too intense,
and it needs to take a break.
Fear of losing control,
or going crazy,
A lot of people have
said that to me,
andquot;I feel like I am just going crazy!andquot;
andquot;I don't know whats happening!andquot;
and lastly fear of dying.
A lot of people
because they think
it's a heart attack or they
feel like they are being smothered,
they can't catch their breath.
You can understand why then they
feel like they are dying
and it can be really really scary.
I think that's the most important thing
that I want to make sure you understand
is that panic attacks
happen to a lot of people.
And they can be really scary.
And they feel
completely out of control.
And that fear,
having that fear of them happening,
and then when we have
any kind of sensation,
some of my patients struggle to
go underwater,
they had little swim tests
at this college,
on of my clients had to go underwater
and hold her breath for a certain
amount of time
and made her so anxious,
I had to write her a letter
we were afraid she would
have a panic attack,
which can be dangerous if you
are underwater.
And so it can be
a scary experience.
But the more we know
about our situation,
the more we talk about it,
the better.
I would encourage any of you
if you are worried that you are
having these,
had some,
or you are having them all
the time,
please, please please reach out
to a physician in your area.
It can be your general doctor,
they can refer you to someone
who may specialize in it,
or a lot of medications
are out there
to help with this.
Whether you believe in
medication is completely up to you,
but know that their are options.
And the sooner we reach out,
the sooner we can realize if what
we are having
is panic attacks, and is it
part of our anxiety disorder
that maybe we are not
even aware we have.
Maybe we have PTSD
but we never actually
realized we did
and now we are
having panic attacks.
The sooner we get
a hold of this,
the sooner we talk to someone,
the better!
So I encourage all of you
to reach out for support.
Even hop on my website:
www.katimorton.com
There are chat rooms, forums
and places to talk to
one another about this.
So you can get more information
about what things look like.
I mean I have videos about
what the first appointment looks like,
and all sort of stuff like that,
if that worries you as well.
But know that we are working together.
We are in this together.
Towards a healthy mind
and a healthy body.
As always, don't forget
to subscribe to my channel.
I put out videos all the time
and you don't want to miss them!
and like I said, hop on:

because good stuff is happening there.

andquot;everybody talks about that too,
and that falls under this as well.

How To Deal With High Anxiety And Panic Attacks - Animal Attack Leads to Flirting Disaster - Studio C
How To Deal With High Anxiety And Panic Attacks
Hi, its Ben. How are you doing? I hope
youre having an awesome day today and if
youre not, thats okay. Today is going
to be really helpful for you because the truth
is that youre having some difficulties
with anxiety disorder and anxiety, or panic,
or agoraphobia or whatever it is for you.
So, today its going to be really helpful
because its going to teach you exactly
how to deal with high anxiety, anxiety attacks
and panic attacks.
One of the things I learned about panic and
anxiety that was really helpful for me, and
I wish Id known it right from the very
beginning and I hope that its as valuable
to you as it was for me is, that panic and
anxiety, anxiety attack symptoms, high anxiety
are very temporary, meaning that obviously
a panic attack, it doesnt come up and stay
high forever and ever, that anxiety just cant
last. It simply has to burn off, it just cant
last.
So, one of the things that Id read somewhere
in a book, I cant remember where it was
now, but it is that anxiety is just like a
music note. It rises up and then it comes
down, so its almost like a music note.
This is going to be the worst looking music
note youve ever seen. There you are, look
at that, I dont know. It looks more like
a flag.
The point is, that anxiety disorder, anxiety
attacks and panic attacks, they have a peak
to them and they have a trough. Trough meaning
heres a peak here and trough down here.
Now, one of the things that was super helpful
for me in regards to specifically panic attacks,
is that you end up getting to this peak here
where just like ahh, and you feel like everything
is about to just completely explode and then
all of a sudden what happens?
Its just kinds of breaks off doesnt
it, it doesnt get stronger. You get to
this point and all of a sudden it starts to
break off and then you end up experiencing
generally another peak after that and then
probably another peak and another peak and
it just kind of trails off until you get to
this point where you just feel like ah, thank
God thats over.
You just go back to feeling somewhat normal
or you go back to at least feeling this level
of anxiety. Lets see, your mid level of
anxiety is here. You go back to this mid level
of anxiety thats a little bit more normal
and definitely a lot more handle-able, something
that dealing with is not really that difficult
or challenging but the important thing to
note here, is that there is a peak and the
trough, a peak and a trough.
The high anxiety, whether youve got an
anxiety disorder and you experience high times
of anxiety or you end up experiencing panic
attacks, what happens is, is that it rises
to a peak, falls down, rises to a peak, falls
down rises to a peak and theres this trail
off effect that happens. The really important
thing to note here is that your time at this
peak, just like a music note, is limited.
It can only last so long and generally it
just falls right off really quickly after.
You get to that peak and you fall off. The
next time you find yourself moving into a
panic attack, and you and I both know how
that feels, because all of a sudden youre
going into it and youre like, oh man Im
about to have a panic attack and you feel
those feelings throughout your body and youre
just, oh man here it comes here it comes and
you think to yourself, Ive got to hang
on to this one.
What happens is that, this is kind of like
part two of this video, what happens is that,
that hanging on that you do, oh God here it
comes What happens is that hanging on actually
makes it worse. The reason why is because
of that strong resistance, that pushing away
from the anxiety.
You just try to brace yourself for it where
as the best thing you could possibly do and
I know it is challenging but the best thing
you can possibly do is just kind of sit there,
lay there, wherever you are, whatever youre
doing. If youre standing, sitting, laying
down, youve got to just let it wash up
over you and then wash off.
This is not a method for healing anxiety,
this is a method for dealing with anxiety.
This is a method, a coping technique for dealing
with. This will not heal your anxiety or your
panic but one thing is for certain is that
it helps to put it in scope, because all of
a sudden you dont want to experience it
the same way and all of a sudden you realize
oh it has one big ass peak to it and then
a couple of small ones.
What happens then is that as youre moving
in that place, youre just like oh men here
it comes, all you have to do is realize theres
going to be one peak, theres going to be
a couple of other little peaks after it and
its not going to kill me, I can live through
it, Im going to be okay.
What happens is as you live through this peak
and trough thing that happens with high anxiety
and panic, what happens is you start to see
the nature of panic and high anxiety and so
much so that you start to realize that all
of a sudden, huh, there really isnt anything
for me to fear here. Even though the feelings
are super high and super strong and often
times extremely overwhelming and you get those
really trapped, trapped, trapped feelings
and feeling like Im about to explode, Im
about to die, my head is going to explode.
When you have those feelings just know that
theres specific peak to them and theres
also a trough.
I hope you find this super helpful. This was
something that was extremely valuable for
me. Know that the next time youre kind
of heading into a panic attack or you feel
it coming on, know these two things. There
are peaks and troughs to it. There are a certain
number of peaks and youre going to go through
it and youre going to be totally fine.
You think of them like waves. Theyre just
like a wave, the wave goes up and you ride
back down. The wave goes up and you ride it
back down. It goes up and you ride it back
down and eventually get to this spot and youre
just like, thank God thats over, not the
least bit enjoyable but thankfully its
over. Thats the first part.
The second part is, is when you feel it coming
on, knowing this here is extremely valuable
but the other part is, is that by knowing
this here, it helps you to not resist the
panic attack the same way because if you resist
the anxiety you resist the panic attack you
feel like just hold on for dear life during
this experience.
What will happen is, itll tend to make
these peaks even higher. Just let it kind
of happen. Just ride the wave, let it happen
and let yourself just kind of let it break
off. Just let it roll over you and let it
roll off. The truth is, its not going to
kill you and it cant hurt you. Youre
going to live through it just like everyone
else has. Panic attacks cannot kill you.
Youre going to be okay. I hope you found
that helpful. Practice it the next time you
feel your anxiety getting higher or you feel
a panic attack coming on. I hope you found
that helpful. Make sure you check out my free
report at www.anxietyresolutionmethod.com
because in there, there is a free video that
will show you exactly how you can end up moving
through these and disarming a panic attack
in a matter of seconds. Super helpful, I will
talk to you soon.

Find Out What Anxiety Disorders and Panic Attacks Are About And What You Can Do About Them - Trump Rampage Continues, Republican Establishment Starting To Panic
Find Out What Anxiety Disorders and Panic Attacks Are About And What You Can Do About Them
Hey, its Ben. Welcome back. How are you
doing?
So, today Ive got some really important
things to talk about. One of the things is
really again, you know, I said everything
is important but the truth is all of this
stuff really is important. Most people who
struggle with panic and anxiety expect something
bad to happen. Theyre expecting bad shit
to happen in the future, right?
Theyre expecting, you know, either the
world is going to end or there is going to
be some sort of catastrophic event or theres
going to be a major health event, that health
problem thats going to manifest in their
body or theyre expecting that their spouse
is going to leave them or theyre going
to get fired from their job or someone close
to them is going to die or that theyre
going to die or that theyre going to hit
someone with their car, that one was a big
one for me, I was crazy afraid of hitting
someone.
Okay, with this expectation of bad stuff coming
your way, theres a couple of things to
really know here. The first thing to notice
is that its not logical. Right, its
not logical that bad stuff is going to come.
Its simply a negative expectation about
the future. Its about something bad coming.
Its anticipatorily. Its a negative thing,
right? So, thats the first part.
The second part is, obviously that anxiety
and panic, I mean, theres nothing logical
about it. In fact, its completely illogical.
I remember the day that I came to the realization
that anxiety and panic was completely illogical.
I was walking around my block, and Im not
kidding you when I tell you, I was around
my block, I mean, I was literally at the end
of my block just taking a break from work,
strolling around. I got to the other end of
the block and all of sudden I had this, Haaaaaa,
oh my God, how am I going to get home?
And then all of a sudden it hit me, Uh
wow, even in the midst of almost virtually
having a panic attack on the other side of
the block because the fact that I couldnt
get home.
I had this intense realization that anxiety
and panic are completely illogical. They dont
make any sense whatsoever. And so, based on
that, things from a logical stand point, in
other words, for someone to sit down and say
to you, Hey, theres nothing to be afraid
of. Was that helpful? No, of course its
not helpful. I mean, I dont know about
you, but Ive read lots of different books
and things like that with different coping
techniques and all kinds of different stuffs
Dont get me wrong, coping techniques are
very helpful but on the same token, theyre
not going to heal anxiety.
So, dont necessarily plan on the fact that
they will heal the anxiety but they will certainly
help you to make it through the rough patch.
So, the biggest thing there is that things
that are logical are typically not going to
be super helpful for you. I mean, for even
your friends to go, what are you even afraid
of? I know, for me, I couldnt get myself
on to an airplane and I had a buddy say to
me, Dude, why dont you just take a pill
and get on the airplane? Well, thats
totally fine, okay. Thats totally fine
except for the fact that everythings thats
inside your body is telling you, Do not
get on that airplane, do not leave your house,
do not even drive to the airport like,
What happens when you get off the airplane?
When you get to wherever youre going, this
is whats going on inside my mind, when
you get to wherever youre going, youre
going to get there and go, Ahhhh. How am
I going to get home? because I mean, if
I was having that exact same experience on
the other end of the block from my house,
I mean, obviously the next thing that was
to come was me just totally freaking out whenever
I got to where I was. So, its important
to realize that the logical, in other words,
logical things are typically not going to
be super, super helpful.
The other part of that is awareness, using
your awareness to realize and to come to the
understanding that, Hey, this is just anxiety,
this is just fear, this is just panic, thats
all this is. Im still here. I could have
a panic attack in this very moment, right
here, right now and then in a minute or 2
minutes or 20 minutes or however long it takes,
whenever thats done, Im still going
to be here. A Panic attack / anxiety attack
is not going to kill me, and its not
going to kill you either. So, use your awareness.
Your awareness is essentially your ability
to observe, your ability to observe your thoughts,
your feelings, your emotions and the bottling
sensation to things that are going on inside
of you.
So, to take that one step further, do this
exercise. The next time youre feeling anxious,
sit down, find a nice quiet place to be, if
you can, if its not super quiet then you
can still do this but find a place to sit
down and relax and just observe the thoughts
that are going through your mind, just observe
them. Its almost like there is a big white
piece of paper in front of your face and you
can just see these thoughts go by. Dont
attach yourself to them because for the most
part we are attached to our thoughts but dont
attach yourself to them. Just observe these
thoughts as they go by. Just let them go by
and just observe them, just sit there and
observe them.
What youll notice is that you want to attach
yourself to them and thats ultimately how
we end up experiencing that ramp up to a panic
attack because we experience a bodily symptom
and we go, Oh my goodness, what if that
gets worse? You know, thats exactly
what happened to me and the first panic attack
that I ever had, I was on this airplane and
then I started overheating. My body got really
hot, I was super impatient and everything
all of a sudden, I was like, Oh my God,
what if I heat up too much. I dont know,
my brain will explode, what if I have a heart
attack blah, blah, blah. All these things
that happened and then, you know, full blown
panic, right? So, dont attach yourself
to those thoughts, just observe them as they
go by. Just observe them.
Do the same thing with your bodily symptoms.
Just let them go by. Just observe them and
go, Yeah, Im feeling the adrenaline
rush. I feel that prickly skin. Im feeling
my heart raising. Wow, its raising really
quick. Just observe them. Thats it,
just observe. Thats all we got for today.
I hope you find that super helpful. Make sure
you implement that into your daily life. Use
your awareness to simply observe and youll
start to notice holes in your anxiety.
What happens is as you notice these holes,
these holes in your anxiety will start to
get bigger and bigger. And all of a sudden,
youll start to notice that instead of experiencing
anxiety for you know early morning until you
wake up the next day, youll start to notice
that there are gaps in between it, and of
course, thats the idea that those gaps
get bigger and bigger and before you know
it there is less and less anxiety, and anxiety
symptoms.
Your anxiety disorder and panic attacks will
soon be on its way out the door.
So, I hope you find that super helpful. Talk
to you soon. Thanks again.

Trump Rampage Continues, Republican Establishment Starting To Panic
>> WE HAVE A
HELL OF A CATFIGHT
FOR YOU TONIGHT, IT IS DONALD
TRUMP VERSUS THE REPUBLICAN
ESTABLISHMENT. THIS IS AS
IMPORTANT AS IT GETS, AND IT
TELLS YOU WHERE THE FAULT LINES
IN THE GOP ARE. REPUBLICAN
INSIDERS HAVE REALIZED, OOPS,
TRUMP HAS BEEN LEADING FOR TOO
LONG. AS THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER
HAS POINTED OUT --
>>OOPSIE DOOPSIE.
SO THEN JOE SCARBOROUGH ON
MORNING JOE SAID --
>>
SO NOW YOU MIGHT BE
WONDERING, WAIT, WHAT IS GOING
ON HERE? TRUMP IS A REPUBLICAN,
HE IS MASSIVELY RIGHT WING, WHY
DON'T THEY LIKE HIM? NUMBER ONE,
HE'S NOT GOING BY ALL THE
REPUBLICAN TALKING POINTS SO
THEY ARE VERY UPSET. WHEN HE
BLAMES BUSH FOR 9/11 AND SAYS
IRAQ WAS STUPID, THEY ARE LIKE,
NO, DON'T DO THAT. WE HAD
EVERYBODY TRICKED. THAT IS LESS
IMPORTANT, WHAT IS MORE
IMPORTANT IS WHEN HE SAYS THINGS
LIKE HEY, THE DONORS ARE THE
PROBLEM. WAIT A MINUTE, THEY ARE
THE DONORS. THE REPUBLICAN
ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT A SERIES OF
POLITICIANS, IT IS A SERIES OF
DONORS WHO CONTROL THE
POLITICIANS. SO WHEN TRUMP TAKES
A POT SHOT AT THEM THEY ARE
LIKE, WE DID NOT SANCTION THIS.
WHAT IS GOING ON? THE NUMBER TWO
PROBLEM THE DONORS HAVE, ON A
SERIOUS SIDE, IS WAIT A MINUTE,
WE CAN'T CONTROL HIM. WE ARE
USED TO THESE REPUBLICAN
POLITICIANS, AND ANY POLITICIAN
WE DONATE TO, BEING OUR BOY AND
CARRYING WATER FOR US. LIKE
SCOTT WALKER, HE WAS SUCH A GOOD
BOY. WHEN WE TOLD HIM TO DESTROY
THE UNIONS IN WISCONSIN HE
DESTROYED THE UNIONS FOR US, AND
WHEN WE TOLD HIM WE HAVE TO
CONSOLIDATE AGAINST DONALD TRUMP
AND ORDERED HIM OUT OF THE RACE
HE IMMEDIATELY BOWED HIS HEAD AND
SAID YES SIR, ABSOLUTELY SIR,
LET ME GET YOUR WATER SIR. THOSE
ARE THE REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS
DONORS ARE USED TO. WHEN TRUMP,
FOR BETTER OR WORSE -- AND I THINK
HE'S A MANIAC IN A LOT OF WAYS --
DOES NOT BOW HIS HEAD, THEY ARE
LIKE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? AND
WHEN HE SAYS ON TOP OF THAT I
MIGHT RAISE TAXES ON HEDGE FUNDS
-- LOOK, THE REST OF HIS TAX
PROPOSALS ARE, YOU KNOW, VERY
REPUBLICAN, VERY RIGHT WING, IN
THE END YOU WON'T BE SURPRISED,
DONALD TRUMP WILL LIKELY GIVE
HIMSELF A LARGE TAX CUT.
PROBABLY PART OF THE REASON HE
IS RUNNING. BUT WHEN HE SAYS
SOME OF YOU GUYS, HEDGE FUND
GUYS, PRIVATE EQUITY GUYS, I
WILL RAISE YOUR TAXES BECAUSE I
AM NOT IN YOUR GROUP? THEY GO,
WHOA, WHAT IS THIS? SO WHEN THE
WASHINGTON EXAMINER, WHICH IS A
RIGHT-LEANING PUBLICATION, ASKS
THE LEADING CONSERVATIVE WHAT
IS THE REACTION TO TRUMP AND THE
REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT? HIS
ANSWER IS MASSIVE RESISTANCE. HE
IS NOT A CONSERVATIVE. I DON'T
KNOW ABOUT THAT, BUT I KNOW THAT
HE DIDN'T SAY TAX CUTS FOR ALL
THE RICH, AND HE DIDN'T SAY HE
WOULD DO AS THE DONORS SAID --
MASSIVE RESISTANCE. HOW DOES
THAT RESISTANCE PLAY OUT IN THE
REAL WORLD? A REPUBLICAN
STRATEGIST SAID, THE ADS ARE
COMING. THEY'LL HIT HIM BELOW THE
BELT, THEY'LL HIT HIM REPUBLICAN
STYLE, AND THEY'LL HIT HIM A LOT.
HE SAID --
>> LET ME DECODE THAT FOR YOU,
THAT IS POLITICAL SPEAK. 10,000
POINTS MEANS 10,000 RATINGS
POINTS, THAT IS THEM BUYING TV
ADS BASED ON RATINGS POINTS. A
10,000 POINT BUY IN IOWA AND NEW
HAMPSHIRE IS MASSIVE, AND WHEN
HE SAYS SMART NEGATIVE IN IOWA
AND NEW HAMPSHIRE, THAT MEANS
SMART NEGATIVE POLITICAL ADS
AGAINST TRUMP. I DON'T KNOW WHAT
THEY WILL HIGHLIGHT, WHETHER IT
IS THE BANKRUPTCIES OR
SUPPOSEDLY LIBERAL THINGS HE HAS
SAID. I DON'T KNOW, BUT THEY ARE
COMING, AND THEY WILL UNLEASH
HELL ON DONALD TRUMP. EVERYBODY
GRAB YOUR POPCORN, THIS WILL BE
FUN. OF COURSE THAT IS THEIR
SIDE, THEY'RE COMING WITH THIS:
[NO SEATBELTS IN THE HOOD SOUND
EFFECT].
>>BUT TRUMP ALSO HAS SOMEBODY.
THAT SAME STRATEGIST SAID, IT
WOULD FORCE THEM TO SPEND MONEY.
THAT'S WHEN THIS STARTS TO GET
REAL FOR HIM. ONE OF THE
STRATEGIES IS ITS' NOT NECESSARY
TO DEFEAT HIM WITH NEGATIVE ADS,
ALTHOUGH THEY BELIEVE THEY CAN
DO A LOT OF DAMAGE WITH THOSE
ADS, AS I WILL TELL YOU, BUT
TO FORCE HIM TO SPEND SOME
MONEY. THEY THINK HE'S IN IT FOR
THE MONEY, IF WE FORCE HIM TO
SPEND REAL MONEY TO DEFEND
HIMSELF YOU WON'T WANT TO DO IT
AND HE WILL LEAVE. I KNOW, BUT
YOU HAVE HAD A LOT OF THEORIES
AS TO WHY HE WILL LEAVE, AND HE
HAS NOT LEFT YET. YOU MIGHT WANT
TO CHECK YOURSELF ON THOSE
THEORIES. ONE OF THE GROUPS
OPPOSED TO HIM IS THE CLUB FOR
GROWTH. I HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT
THEM A LOT BEFORE, THEY ARE
MAINLY THE ANTITAX MOVEMENT.
THAT IS WHERE THE BILLIONAIRES,
THE MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS,
THEY ALL PUT THEIR MONEY IN, AND
THEN THEY ARE THE MAIN ARM FOR
BRIBING THE REPUBLICAN
POLITICIANS. IF ANYBODY SAYS WE
MIGHT EVEN THINK ABOUT RAISING
TAXES A HALF A PERCENT ON ANYONE
RICH IN THE COUNTRY, CLUB FOR
GROWTH COMES OUT ROARING.
THEY HAVE ALREADY DONE ADS
AGAINST DONALD TRUMP.
THEY SAY --
>> THIS IS THE CLUB FOR GROWTH
PRESIDENT, DAVID MCINTOSH.
>> SO THEY ARE LIKE, WE KNOW HOW
TO DO THIS, WE GO NEGATIVE ON
EVERYBODY. HOW DO YOU THINK WE
BEAT THE DEMOCRATS? SO WE WILL
UNLEASH THAT NEGATIVE HELL ON
DONALD TRUMP, AND I THINK IT
COULD WORK. THAT IS THEIR MAIN
GO-TO MOVE. HOW DO REPUBLICANS
EVER WIN WITH POLICIES THAT ARE,
ACCORDING TO NATIONAL POLLING,
DEEPLY UNPOPULAR? THEY WIN BY
RUNNING ATTACK ADS ON THEIR
OPPONENTS. SO THEY WILL DO IT TO
ONE OF THEIR OWN. SO WHEN ASKED
ARE THEY ON THEIR OWN OR ARE
THERE OTHER DONORS, THEY SAID --
>> SO NOW THE QUESTION IS, WILL
THE BATTLE BE ENGAGED? THE
WASHINGTON EXAMINER SAYS --
>> SO THAT IS [SEATBELTS SOUND
EFFECT] COMING BACK AT YOU. WHEN
REPUBLICANS GET DIRTY, THEY GET
DIRTY. AND WHEN TRUMP GETS DIRTY,
HE GETS FILTHY. SO THIS WILL BE
A MESS, AND AWESOME. CAN'T WAIT.

strolling around. I got to the other end of
the block and all of sudden I had this, Haaaaaa,
oh my God, how am I going to get home?
And then all of a sudden it hit me, Uh
wow, even in the midst of almost virtually
having a panic attack on the other side of
the block because the fact that I couldnt
get home.
I had this intense realization that anxiety
and panic are completely illogical. They dont
make any sense whatsoever. And so, based on
that, things from a logical stand point, in
other words, for someone to sit down and say
to you, Hey, theres nothing to be afraid
of. Was that helpful? No, of course its
not helpful. I mean, I dont know about
you, but Ive read lots of different books
and things like that with different coping
techniques and all kinds of different stuffs
Dont get me wrong, coping techniques are
very helpful but on the same token, theyre
not going to heal anxiety.
So, dont necessarily plan on the fact that
they will heal the anxiety but they will certainly
help you to make it through the rough patch.
So, the biggest thing there is that things
that are logical are typically not going to
be super helpful for you. I mean, for even
your friends to go, what are you even afraid
of? I know, for me, I couldnt get myself
on to an airplane and I had a buddy say to
me, Dude, why dont you just take a pill
and get on the airplane? Well, thats
totally fine, okay. Thats totally fine
except for the fact that everythings thats
inside your body is telling you, Do not
get on that airplane, do not leave your house,
do not even drive to the airport like,
What happens when you get off the airplane?
When you get to wherever youre going, this
is whats going on inside my mind, when
you get to wherever youre going, youre
going to get there and go, Ahhhh. How am
I going to get home? because I mean, if
I was having that exact same experience on
the other end of the block from my house,
I mean, obviously the next thing that was
to come was me just totally freaking out whenever
I got to where I was. So, its important
to realize that the logical, in other words,
logical things are typically not going to
be super, super helpful.
The other part of that is awareness, using
your awareness to realize and to come to the
understanding that, Hey, this is just anxiety,
this is just fear, this is just panic, thats
all this is. Im still here. I could have
a panic attack in this very moment, right
here, right now and then in a minute or 2
minutes or 20 minutes or however long it takes,
whenever thats done, Im still going
to be here. A Panic attack / anxiety attack
is not going to kill me, and its not
going to kill you either. So, use your awareness.
Your awareness is essentially your ability
to observe, your ability to observe your thoughts,
your feelings, your emotions and the bottling
sensation to things that are going on inside
of you.
So, to take that one step further, do this
exercise. The next time youre feeling anxious,
sit down, find a nice quiet place to be, if
you can, if its not super quiet then you
can still do this but find a place to sit
down and relax and just observe the thoughts
that are going through your mind, just observe
them. Its almost like there is a big white
piece of paper in front of your face and you
can just see these thoughts go by. Dont
attach yourself to them because for the most
part we are attached to our thoughts but dont
attach yourself to them. Just observe these
thoughts as they go by. Just let them go by
and just observe them, just sit there and
observe them.
What youll notice is that you want to attach
yourself to them and thats ultimately how
we end up experiencing that ramp up to a panic
attack because we experience a bodily symptom
and we go, Oh my goodness, what if that
gets worse? You know, thats exactly
what happened to me and the first panic attack
that I ever had, I was on this airplane and
then I started overheating. My body got really
hot, I was super impatient and everything
all of a sudden, I was like, Oh my God,
what if I heat up too much. I dont know,
my brain will explode, what if I have a heart
attack blah, blah, blah. All these things
that happened and then, you know, full blown
panic, right? So, dont attach yourself
to those thoughts, just observe them as they
go by. Just observe them.
Do the same thing with your bodily symptoms.
Just let them go by. Just observe them and
go, Yeah, Im feeling the adrenaline
rush. I feel that prickly skin. Im feeling
my heart raising. Wow, its raising really
quick. Just observe them. Thats it,
just observe. Thats all we got for today.
I hope you find that super helpful. Make sure
you implement that into your daily life. Use
your awareness to simply observe and youll
start to notice holes in your anxiety.
What happens is as you notice these holes,
these holes in your anxiety will start to
get bigger and bigger. And all of a sudden,
youll start to notice that instead of experiencing
anxiety for you know early morning until you
wake up the next day, youll start to notice
that there are gaps in between it, and of
course, thats the idea that those gaps
get bigger and bigger and before you know
it there is less and less anxiety, and anxiety
symptoms.
Your anxiety disorder and panic attacks will
soon be on its way out the door.
So, I hope you find that super helpful. Talk
to you soon. Thanks again.

Trump Rampage Continues, Republican Establishment Starting To Panic
>> WE HAVE A
HELL OF A CATFIGHT
FOR YOU TONIGHT, IT IS DONALD
TRUMP VERSUS THE REPUBLICAN
ESTABLISHMENT. THIS IS AS
IMPORTANT AS IT GETS, AND IT
TELLS YOU WHERE THE FAULT LINES
IN THE GOP ARE. REPUBLICAN
INSIDERS HAVE REALIZED, OOPS,
TRUMP HAS BEEN LEADING FOR TOO
LONG. AS THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER
HAS POINTED OUT --
>>OOPSIE DOOPSIE.
SO THEN JOE SCARBOROUGH ON
MORNING JOE SAID --
>>
SO NOW YOU MIGHT BE
WONDERING, WAIT, WHAT IS GOING
ON HERE? TRUMP IS A REPUBLICAN,
HE IS MASSIVELY RIGHT WING, WHY
DON'T THEY LIKE HIM? NUMBER ONE,
HE'S NOT GOING BY ALL THE
REPUBLICAN TALKING POINTS SO
THEY ARE VERY UPSET. WHEN HE
BLAMES BUSH FOR 9/11 AND SAYS
IRAQ WAS STUPID, THEY ARE LIKE,
NO, DON'T DO THAT. WE HAD
EVERYBODY TRICKED. THAT IS LESS
IMPORTANT, WHAT IS MORE
IMPORTANT IS WHEN HE SAYS THINGS
LIKE HEY, THE DONORS ARE THE
PROBLEM. WAIT A MINUTE, THEY ARE
THE DONORS. THE REPUBLICAN
ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT A SERIES OF
POLITICIANS, IT IS A SERIES OF
DONORS WHO CONTROL THE
POLITICIANS. SO WHEN TRUMP TAKES
A POT SHOT AT THEM THEY ARE
LIKE, WE DID NOT SANCTION THIS.
WHAT IS GOING ON? THE NUMBER TWO
PROBLEM THE DONORS HAVE, ON A
SERIOUS SIDE, IS WAIT A MINUTE,
WE CAN'T CONTROL HIM. WE ARE
USED TO THESE REPUBLICAN
POLITICIANS, AND ANY POLITICIAN
WE DONATE TO, BEING OUR BOY AND
CARRYING WATER FOR US. LIKE
SCOTT WALKER, HE WAS SUCH A GOOD
BOY. WHEN WE TOLD HIM TO DESTROY
THE UNIONS IN WISCONSIN HE
DESTROYED THE UNIONS FOR US, AND
WHEN WE TOLD HIM WE HAVE TO
CONSOLIDATE AGAINST DONALD TRUMP
AND ORDERED HIM OUT OF THE RACE
HE IMMEDIATELY BOWED HIS HEAD AND
SAID YES SIR, ABSOLUTELY SIR,
LET ME GET YOUR WATER SIR. THOSE
ARE THE REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS
DONORS ARE USED TO. WHEN TRUMP,
FOR BETTER OR WORSE -- AND I THINK
HE'S A MANIAC IN A LOT OF WAYS --
DOES NOT BOW HIS HEAD, THEY ARE
LIKE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? AND
WHEN HE SAYS ON TOP OF THAT I
MIGHT RAISE TAXES ON HEDGE FUNDS
-- LOOK, THE REST OF HIS TAX
PROPOSALS ARE, YOU KNOW, VERY
REPUBLICAN, VERY RIGHT WING, IN
THE END YOU WON'T BE SURPRISED,
DONALD TRUMP WILL LIKELY GIVE
HIMSELF A LARGE TAX CUT.
PROBABLY PART OF THE REASON HE
IS RUNNING. BUT WHEN HE SAYS
SOME OF YOU GUYS, HEDGE FUND
GUYS, PRIVATE EQUITY GUYS, I
WILL RAISE YOUR TAXES BECAUSE I
AM NOT IN YOUR GROUP? THEY GO,
WHOA, WHAT IS THIS? SO WHEN THE
WASHINGTON EXAMINER, WHICH IS A
RIGHT-LEANING PUBLICATION, ASKS
THE LEADING CONSERVATIVE WHAT
IS THE REACTION TO TRUMP AND THE
REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT? HIS
ANSWER IS MASSIVE RESISTANCE. HE
IS NOT A CONSERVATIVE. I DON'T
KNOW ABOUT THAT, BUT I KNOW THAT
HE DIDN'T SAY TAX CUTS FOR ALL
THE RICH, AND HE DIDN'T SAY HE
WOULD DO AS THE DONORS SAID --
MASSIVE RESISTANCE. HOW DOES
THAT RESISTANCE PLAY OUT IN THE
REAL WORLD? A REPUBLICAN
STRATEGIST SAID, THE ADS ARE
COMING. THEY'LL HIT HIM BELOW THE
BELT, THEY'LL HIT HIM REPUBLICAN
STYLE, AND THEY'LL HIT HIM A LOT.
HE SAID --
>> LET ME DECODE THAT FOR YOU,
THAT IS POLITICAL SPEAK. 10,000
POINTS MEANS 10,000 RATINGS
POINTS, THAT IS THEM BUYING TV
ADS BASED ON RATINGS POINTS. A
10,000 POINT BUY IN IOWA AND NEW
HAMPSHIRE IS MASSIVE, AND WHEN
HE SAYS SMART NEGATIVE IN IOWA
AND NEW HAMPSHIRE, THAT MEANS
SMART NEGATIVE POLITICAL ADS
AGAINST TRUMP. I DON'T KNOW WHAT
THEY WILL HIGHLIGHT, WHETHER IT
IS THE BANKRUPTCIES OR
SUPPOSEDLY LIBERAL THINGS HE HAS
SAID. I DON'T KNOW, BUT THEY ARE
COMING, AND THEY WILL UNLEASH
HELL ON DONALD TRUMP. EVERYBODY
GRAB YOUR POPCORN, THIS WILL BE
FUN. OF COURSE THAT IS THEIR
SIDE, THEY'RE COMING WITH THIS:
[NO SEATBELTS IN THE HOOD SOUND
EFFECT].
>>BUT TRUMP ALSO HAS SOMEBODY.
THAT SAME STRATEGIST SAID, IT
WOULD FORCE THEM TO SPEND MONEY.
THAT'S WHEN THIS STARTS TO GET
REAL FOR HIM. ONE OF THE
STRATEGIES IS ITS' NOT NECESSARY
TO DEFEAT HIM WITH NEGATIVE ADS,
ALTHOUGH THEY BELIEVE THEY CAN
DO A LOT OF DAMAGE WITH THOSE
ADS, AS I WILL TELL YOU, BUT
TO FORCE HIM TO SPEND SOME
MONEY. THEY THINK HE'S IN IT FOR
THE MONEY, IF WE FORCE HIM TO
SPEND REAL MONEY TO DEFEND
HIMSELF YOU WON'T WANT TO DO IT
AND HE WILL LEAVE. I KNOW, BUT
YOU HAVE HAD A LOT OF THEORIES
AS TO WHY HE WILL LEAVE, AND HE
HAS NOT LEFT YET. YOU MIGHT WANT
TO CHECK YOURSELF ON THOSE
THEORIES. ONE OF THE GROUPS
OPPOSED TO HIM IS THE CLUB FOR
GROWTH. I HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT
THEM A LOT BEFORE, THEY ARE
MAINLY THE ANTITAX MOVEMENT.
THAT IS WHERE THE BILLIONAIRES,
THE MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS,
THEY ALL PUT THEIR MONEY IN, AND
THEN THEY ARE THE MAIN ARM FOR
BRIBING THE REPUBLICAN
POLITICIANS. IF ANYBODY SAYS WE
MIGHT EVEN THINK ABOUT RAISING
TAXES A HALF A PERCENT ON ANYONE
RICH IN THE COUNTRY, CLUB FOR
GROWTH COMES OUT ROARING.
THEY HAVE ALREADY DONE ADS
AGAINST DONALD TRUMP.
THEY SAY --
>> THIS IS THE CLUB FOR GROWTH
PRESIDENT, DAVID MCINTOSH.
>> SO THEY ARE LIKE, WE KNOW HOW
TO DO THIS, WE GO NEGATIVE ON
EVERYBODY. HOW DO YOU THINK WE
BEAT THE DEMOCRATS? SO WE WILL
UNLEASH THAT NEGATIVE HELL ON
DONALD TRUMP, AND I THINK IT
COULD WORK. THAT IS THEIR MAIN
GO-TO MOVE. HOW DO REPUBLICANS
EVER WIN WITH POLICIES THAT ARE,
ACCORDING TO NATIONAL POLLING,
DEEPLY UNPOPULAR? THEY WIN BY
RUNNING ATTACK ADS ON THEIR
OPPONENTS. SO THEY WILL DO IT TO
ONE OF THEIR OWN. SO WHEN ASKED
ARE THEY ON THEIR OWN OR ARE
THERE OTHER DONORS, THEY SAID --
>> SO NOW THE QUESTION IS, WILL
THE BATTLE BE ENGAGED? THE
WASHINGTON EXAMINER SAYS --
>> SO THAT IS [SEATBELTS SOUND
EFFECT] COMING BACK AT YOU. WHEN
REPUBLICANS GET DIRTY, THEY GET
DIRTY. AND WHEN TRUMP GETS DIRTY,
HE GETS FILTHY. SO THIS WILL BE
A MESS, AND AWESOME. CAN'T WAIT.

Panic Attacks Are No Joke - Panic Attack - Part 2
Panic Attacks Are No Joke
Hey it's Vinny and I wanted to say, that the other
day that my boyfriend made fun of my
panic attack.
But really he did and it was freakin' awful.
So yeah, the other day
I was having a panic attack when
my boyfriend decided to say
Is this supposed to get a reaction
out of me?
And guess what? It really did stop
me from having a panic attack.
I mean it didn't
but he thought it did.
But really?
I just want this story to be a lesson to you guys out there.
About what not to do when someone
is having a panic attack.
Do.
Not.
Make.
Assumptions.
My panic attack is not about you.
I'm not looking for attention.
It is literally a physical manifestation of
an internal struggle.
But seriously. When someone is having a panic attack what you need to do is ask.
Hey! What's happening?
I see that you're fidgeting.
Are you okay?
It seems like you're struggling.
Do you need something?
Now people can't always respond.
I know I can't.
But it is very important not to leave someone alone as it can trigger feelings of
abandonment.
I know it can be frustrating not knowing how to help, but time can really work in your
favor.
Know how the person likes to be comforted outside of a panic attack.
For example, I don't like physical contact so a hug wouldn't be helpful.
I prefer to listen to someone's voice as sound can be used to
ground you.
But whatever the method you use, please don't talk down to them.
Know that even though you don't understand sometimes we don't either.
If you care about someone find out what their needs are.
So step it up and learn together with us.
As always, thanks again for watching this video. I hope to see you next time.
Bye!

Panic Attack - Part 2
How To Stop Panic Attacks. Part 2
in the previous video we explained that
in order to avoid panic attacks
our desire must constantly fulfill
itself. You can watch the previous video
on our channel page.
To make sure you constantly fulfill your
desire
you must have goals in all areas of your
life now
some people may believe goals make your
life
to structured and robotic you may
believe that people who love passionate
unfulfilled life
don't set any goals make actually do set
them
although they don't recognize that they
do I will explain
when you set goals what you actually do
is you go inside your vessel
and identify little desires that you
want to get fulfilled
goals help you fulfill those desires
while it is easy
because when the desire is left
unfulfilled
it turns into a large emptiness in the
vessel
when a certain desired turns into
emptiness it is much
much harder to fulfill it for example
let's say you are single and you want to
find someone
but you say it's okay no rush
sometime in the future and you delay
doing something about it
you didn't set a gold and six months
later
you suddenly feel depressed now you
don't just want someone
you need someone and you are sorry you
haven't done anything about it much
earlier
this is an example how unfulfilled
desire can turn into emptiness
if you don't set a goal to fulfill it in
time if you had not only identified your
desire
but also set a goal to achieve it your
desire would have been totally fulfilled
now
let's talk about people who live happy
fulfilled lives
but who as we think never set any goals
for this we have to look at the walls
have your vessel
actually they are not walls they are
muscles
that are contracting sucking in the
fulfillment since I do your vessel
the stronger your muscles are the more
fulfilment say pump into your vessel

Hey it's Vinny and I wanted to say, that the other
day that my boyfriend made fun of my
panic attack.
But really he did and it was freakin' awful.
So yeah, the other day
I was having a panic attack when
my boyfriend decided to say
Is this supposed to get a reaction
out of me?
And guess what? It really did stop
me from having a panic attack.
I mean it didn't
but he thought it did.
But really?
I just want this story to be a lesson to you guys out there.
About what not to do when someone
is having a panic attack.
Do.
Not.
Make.
Assumptions.
My panic attack is not about you.
I'm not looking for attention.
It is literally a physical manifestation of
an internal struggle.
But seriously. When someone is having a panic attack what you need to do is ask.
Hey! What's happening?
I see that you're fidgeting.
Are you okay?
It seems like you're struggling.
Do you need something?
Now people can't always respond.
I know I can't.
But it is very important not to leave someone alone as it can trigger feelings of
abandonment.
I know it can be frustrating not knowing how to help, but time can really work in your
favor.
Know how the person likes to be comforted outside of a panic attack.
For example, I don't like physical contact so a hug wouldn't be helpful.
I prefer to listen to someone's voice as sound can be used to
ground you.
But whatever the method you use, please don't talk down to them.
Know that even though you don't understand sometimes we don't either.
If you care about someone find out what their needs are.
So step it up and learn together with us.
As always, thanks again for watching this video. I hope to see you next time.
Bye!

Panic Attack - Part 2
How To Stop Panic Attacks. Part 2
in the previous video we explained that
in order to avoid panic attacks
our desire must constantly fulfill
itself. You can watch the previous video
on our channel page.
To make sure you constantly fulfill your
desire
you must have goals in all areas of your
life now
some people may believe goals make your
life
to structured and robotic you may
believe that people who love passionate
unfulfilled life
don't set any goals make actually do set
them
although they don't recognize that they
do I will explain
when you set goals what you actually do
is you go inside your vessel
and identify little desires that you
want to get fulfilled
goals help you fulfill those desires
while it is easy
because when the desire is left
unfulfilled
it turns into a large emptiness in the
vessel
when a certain desired turns into
emptiness it is much
much harder to fulfill it for example
let's say you are single and you want to
find someone
but you say it's okay no rush
sometime in the future and you delay
doing something about it
you didn't set a gold and six months
later
you suddenly feel depressed now you
don't just want someone
you need someone and you are sorry you
haven't done anything about it much
earlier
this is an example how unfulfilled
desire can turn into emptiness
if you don't set a goal to fulfill it in
time if you had not only identified your
desire
but also set a goal to achieve it your
desire would have been totally fulfilled
now
let's talk about people who live happy
fulfilled lives
but who as we think never set any goals
for this we have to look at the walls
have your vessel
actually they are not walls they are
muscles
that are contracting sucking in the
fulfillment since I do your vessel
the stronger your muscles are the more
fulfilment say pump into your vessel
the stronger these muscles the more
emotionally secure you are
as a person so people who live
fulfilling lives
without setting goals have such a strong
emotional muscles
that they can't to fulfill every little
desire so quick
they don't think of them as goals we
will talk about how to strengthen your
emotional muscles in the next video

Dan Harris' Journey From Panic To Peace | Pioneers Ep. 4 - Mooji From panic attack to full power (Paniikkikohtauksesta täyteen voimaan. Teksti Suomi)
Dan Harris' Journey From Panic To Peace | Pioneers Ep. 4
- I hear all the time from
people, Dan you don't understand,
I get it, the science says
meditation's good for you
but I could never do
it, my mind is too busy.
Welcome to the human
condition, this is the way
all of our minds operated,
that's just another story
from the voice in your head.
(rock and roll music)
- Many of us have wake
up calls in our lives.
For ABC news anchor Dan
Harris, it came in the form
of a panic attack on live television.
Knowing he had to make a change, he made
mindfulness meditation
part of his daily life
and he's urging others to do the same.
(mellow music)
- I have an amazing job.
I just love my job.
I've been at ABC for 16 years.
I'm the co-anchor of Nightline, on top of
working at GMA, I'm really lucky.
I don't take it for granted.
I've been meditating for
six and a half years.
I can't believe that
sentence is leaving my lips.
I was a massive skeptic, I
thought meditation was only
for people who live in a
yurt and are really into
aromatherapy and Cat
Stevens and use the word
Namaste with no irony.
Okay, you wanna level?
Working mom of--
This whole thing started for me in 2004.
I was anchoring the news
updates on Good Morning America.
- We're gonna go now to Dan
Harris, who's at the news desk
Dan?
- Good morning Charlie
and Dianne-- a few seconds into my shtick
I Just started to lose it.
People who take cholesterol
lowering drugs called statins
for at least five years may
also lower their risk for cancer
but it's too early to prescribe statins
slowly for cancer production.
My heart was racing, my mouth dried up,
my lungs seized up, I just couldn't talk.
I had a panic attack on
national television, so I had to
do something I'd never
done before, which was
quit right in the middle.
- [Voiceover] All right, thanks
very much, Dan Harris at--
- After that, I went to see
a shrink, and one of the
questions was, andquot;Do you do drugs?andquot;
(mellow music)
(jet engines)
I wasn't doing drugs every day, but I was
doing it enough, according to my shrink,
to artificially raise the
level of adrenaline in my brain
and prime me to have this panic attack,
so I stopped doing drugs.
My boss at the time, Peter
Jennings, took me aside one day
and said that he wanted me to cover
faith and spirituality for ABC News.
I was not interested, but
he didn't care, he told me
I was gonna do it anyway,
and it was through covering
faith and spirituality that I
stumbled upon a self-help book
by a guy named Eckhart Tolle.
Tolle started to unfurl a
thesis about the human condition
that I had never heard
before, which is that we
all have a voice in our heads.
That voice that chases
you out of bed and is just
comparing yourself to other
people, judging other people,
criticizing yourself, and
this explained the most
embarrassing moment of my life,
this explained the panic attack.
So, it was a pretty
powerful experience for me.
And he had a really
practical piece of advice,
which is meditate.
I literally have other
people's voices piped
directly into my head,
and I have to get it right
on short notice in front
of a lot of people.
Meditation really helps me stay on task,
and five to 10 minutes a
day is enough to change
your relationship to
the voice in your head,
and that changes your life.
So, if I'm walking down the street,
I can be somewhat mindful.
The way to do that is just
to make little mental notes.
The feeling of the air on
your face, the feeling of
your footfalls, what you're hearing.
It can make you more focused,
more resilient, less reactive,
and that's a hugely
important thing to have,
in all areas of your life.
(gentle music)
It was my view that
meditation was kinda stuck
in this little Buddhist ghetto,
and I thought maybe I
could do a little bit
to help burst it out of that.
(gentle music)
Essentially I wrote the book
for the pre-meditation me.
A type-A striver, maybe even cynical.
What would have convinced me to meditate?
I think there's a pantheon
of no-brainers that we know
we need in order to be happy.
Having good relationships,
loving what you do,
taking care of your body, and now I think
meditation has to go in that bucket.
This doesn't magically
make you a star in the NBA
or it won't regrow your hair or whatever,
but it will change your life.

Please, please.

Nervousness, Anxiety and Fear ~ Spoken by Mooji
First thing... good that you come up, uh huh,
good that you come up .... that you don't try and succumb to that... first thing....
Next thing, don't try to do anything about it
even if it feels boxed in and the body goes into fierce trembling
it's happened with some people like this
by itself, that is not the problem
The problem, if there is one, comes when you feel
and you start to interpret that this means
something is wrong with you.
The feeling by itself is wanting.
Ususally, as soon as the feeling comes up
some other feelings begin to swim up around this
original feeling and a kind of a movement of interpretation begin ...
... oh, if I was free I wouldn't be feeling like this, and oh...
when I'm going to stop.
And that is the interpretation energy that is giving off
bad smell. This is what usually happens.
It's perfectly OK. You can feel a tremendous
amount of nervousness in the body and be totally free.
There is no contract to say if you feel, uh, sadness
or anxiety for a moment .... now I'm not talking about
habitual fear and habitual noise, you see.
Then we can look at this if it's like this,
but, perhaps, when you feel you're put on the spot
or if, uh, something quickly goes into a position
of feeling confronted, or something,
or you imagined that this is going to be
some discomfort is going to come up
because of some, um, being in some situation,
then it provokes all this type of reactions, you see?
So, what I would do is to ask you just to be the awareness of it only.
Eh? I know there's something that's going
No, No, No ... I don't want it to be just the awareness
I want to kill it.
Yes,
You see? OK?
But let's start like that .... just to say
it's OK that this feeling come by itself
just let it come.
It also goes by itself, also, hum.
And, also, it's OK to give permission to be 100% anxious.
Sometimes you feel a little bit anxiety
something is already trying to pacify the anxiety,
and I say no, no .... bring it on
be 100% anxious
but don't participate in judgement
just stay only as the space in which this anxiety play.
This is a most powerful thing.
Rather than fighting or taking tablets or
you know, doing a mantra
just to say ... 'Oh... it's OK'
This feeling of nervousness is here
sometimes there's a clear reason,
some explanation, hum, some message is inside this feeling
and in that moment, you can, uh .....
it's already, somehow you can see what is the cause of it.
Sometimes it simply just happens spontaneously.
Is it OK to say to yourself andquot;it's OK to feel like this .... in this momentandquot;?
try..... try,
it's ok that this feeling is there.
You did not create it.
It happened, like this, a feeling.
There's a space inside that is not reacting to anything
but the reactions in the body is felt in that space.
Yes,
It can happen to anyone.
Feeling of nervousness, some axiety might come,
and you will master it.
First, by not identifying with it, huh?
If you keep on interpreting .... oh, 'this means this'
and 'why can't I'
then you are going to live life
looking from underneath the bed, or something
but if you let the feeling be there
like now, is the perfect moment
That's why I ask you now... how are you feeling now?
You say now these sensations are there, they are there
and I'm saying to you... accept them,
that for the moment, OK, right now
it's OK to be completely nervous.
Many people sitting here, where you are
will also feel nervous, you see?
So, um, you say 'but yeh, but I feel more nervous than them.
You can use it because it means then
if you cannot hide it, it has to either go down or out.
in or out
So if you cannot hide it, I think the option is already reduced.
It has to come out.... it has to come out.
Because if you learn this skill to hide it
you may never overcome it, you see?
Sometimes I think it's OK to say 'look you know,
when I'm in situations like this, I always feel so nervous'
and people relax with that.
They even like you for saying it.
And you also feel OK about it.
You say, I can't.... some people, I know them
the minute they start to talk about themselves
they start to cry,
and even they can't help it.
And they tell you 'look, I'm sorry, I'm not sad'
but somehow this thing go on like this, I'm crying'.
You see?
And it doesn't necessarily take long to go.
But it needs your permission.
And the permission is 'it's OK'.
It's OK like this.
And if you can admit it, immediately you already start to
deconstruct this power.
You say to people 'I'm sorry, I tend to get a bit....
...my hands sweat when I'm feeling nervous.'
Or, when I'm in a group, I always feel a little bit uncomfortable.
That itself puts people at ease,
because it tallies up with themself also.
Many people are quite ill-at-ease.
Even passing another person on the street
they feel, 'uh, I hope they don't ask me anything.'
Some people don't want to even ask them directions,
they don't want it.
So, I don't feel it is such a bad thing
if you accept it.... and it's OK
And in no time its going to go.
I would not ask anybody even don't try being brave...
... its not about being brave, in fact.
It's that, uh, it's nothing to be afraid of.
We imagine so much thing to be afraid of,
and some things they take time,
you get accustomed.... you put it to the test.
Why you should feel nervous ... a beautiful person?
Why you should feel nervous?
When I see.... I see only what is beautiful.
Not because, oh, I'm afraid to see what is happening
ugliness can be there as well,
but it's not anything.
It is not anything at all.
The Supreme Being is looking from behind every eyes.
And this is not debatable for me.
So, people come with.... on these type of, um, things
... sometimes a bit nervous
.... if you have to give a speech,
or something like this... then all this stuff come.
But, it's ok. It passes, or something.
Don't keep holding on to this registration
...AWE....
then you terrify yourself.
It's nothing.
Nothing is nothing.
Even if, momentarily, a huge panick attack comes
it passes.
Don't even wait for it to go.
Don't even desire 'I wish it would go'
Forget about it.
Don't even wish 'oh, I wish I could get over this'
No, just forget about it.
Every time... forget about it.
Turn away from that.
Not out of fear, but out of your own power, you can do.
Don't entertain it.
Some people just like you can meet a friend
in the centre of town.
You go to a restaurant... it's full of people
making a lot of noise,
and yet you can have a very intimate and private conversation
with the one you want to listen to.
In the same way, you can ignore many things
even the feeling of feeling nervous
so what? it's OK.
In fact, because we give so much attention
to things which are really not important
then it seems like you bring a lot of noise into your life
into your world.
Everthing coming and going.
OK.... thank you for coming up.
Um...very good

Panic Attack Cure
Hi. This is jeff from PANICEND.COM.
This is my very first message
And we're going to talk today about what to
do when you feel a panic attack coming on.
Panic attacks come about by
what you are telling yourself.
And you're telling yourself that you are
afraid of something happening to you.
Your nervous system exists for your
survival and it can't tell apprehension
from the real thing.
So it gives you tension and upsets parts
of your body. It makes your eyes blurry.
It makes you feel a little giddy,
your stomach nauseous. It tenses your
muscles, makes your heart beat faster, you
breathe faster.
This prepares you for the big battle
because right now you perceive that you
are threatened.
But there's no battle for survival but
your nervous system just doesn't know
it.
When these strange feelings and
sensations of anxiety begin to grow
you add more fear because you want
these feelings to stop and you want to
have control over them.
But you have to resolve your fear.
You have to stay with the fear
sensations and follow it to the end and
see for yourself what is there, while
willingly experiencing it
all the sensations, all the fear, all the
feelings.
You can't hide.
You lay down your fight. You become as
passive as you can be.
You become the tree in the wind.
You see this is opposite to panic attacks,
and this breaks the cycle.
If you are waiting for the end of the
panic it won't end.
It has to be total acceptance of your
panic situation.
You let it do whatever it wants to for as
long as it wants and you accept all.
The more you fight it and fear it the
more power it has.
The converse is true:
letting it run its course unabated
shuts it down.
When the panic attack is about to start
you have to let it andquot;kill youandquot; so-to-speak
not talking about suicide, I'm
talking about the attitude of andquot;go ahead
kill me!andquot;
You have to allowed it to do it's very
worst to you without looking over your
shoulder for it to end.
This is facing.
Panic is a cycle.
It's a fear of itself and it keeps the
cycle going and you are stuck in the
fear when you are in a panic state.
You have panic because you're afraid of
panic!
It's all inside you to stop the panic,
not by fighting or hiding but to become
passive
and let it do its worst with no stopping it.
The panic is only your worrying gone to
the next automatic level where you don't
have control over it.
The only way you can switch it off is to
resolve the worry.
You are worried about going insane
yet you have no proof of that. None!
So go insane!
Giving in to panic is the resolution that
can shut off the panic
if you are determined to see it through.

reasons you see tonight's 12 race card
features the cream of the Illinois crop
all
Illinois polled and conceived and
battling it out for over 1.4 million
dollars in purses
but there's much more involved it's the
worst minute giving back to the fence
and the fans in turn showing their
appreciation and support
by showing up here intros quite a it's
great for all my racing career brings
all the owners and trainers out
a lot of fans come out you know that the
it's a great night
there's more and more people enjoy
harness racing it's a great sport
and a night like this why it just brings
everybody out its
it's a great I poration it just becomes
becomes bigger and bigger makes the
biggest
is is because everybody together wanted
to be big you know you can have a
you can have a horse race and the
have a lot of money at stake but you
know it doesn't hear what
10 12 races 6 takes
know the action on it one time and I
think you see by the crowd here they
love it
for me it's exciting me i i watch a lot
a race the handicap a lotta races but as
you can see how you dress up like this
all the time this is this a special
vice president or prime peachy and panic

the average price of one

or they can race
British typeof money it's a lot less
investment right now for only: bred
horses
to be able to raise per person for this
size and panic attack goes to the past
as part of a two-horse entry for trainer
text smarts
this filly from the first crop up
masquerade looks for her
eighth win in nine career starts in
tonight's orange and blue for freshman
billings it's panic attack movin out
there were three lei
lead US 99 is second on the outside
proxy Valley chilean panic attacks
bringing it all home now
5 the good US$99 racing
second backs Valley chilliest their
panic attack by six lanes US
19 sec
fact Valley chilean third I was a little
concerned
with racing around the front and because
ship I never really had a wrister the
home I'll on the front and she sighs
come from off the pace and
and finish real strongly but I felt like
with the fractions the way they were
they were slow the first half that
she would be able to handle front and
the home I'll on another subject
tell us your thoughts about what super
night does where the
horsemen in Illinois what kinda boost
that gives them well I think it's
its exactly words and title the Super
night
it showcases all the finest Illinois
breads in the state and get everybody
out here and there's opportunity for
everybody together
their hand in the till so to speak
there's giveaways
a it's just a great night for harness
racing in Illinois
scores on a quite super I mean this is
the third year I've had the opportunity
to 10 twice a secretary state now is
governor and it really brings out the
best in harness racing in Illinois
brings out the biggest crowd of the year
sportsmen and I think spotlights this
industry
and gets the some people maybe who
wouldn't be interested other
then because the published today in all
the excitement on super night so it
worked out very well for
harness racing in Illinois and we hope
it will result in an expanded business
in this state
so a big night indeed a super night here
at Sportsman's Park
we witnessed great racing seen by over
15,000 fans including a little like
governor jim edgar
there seems to be appealing at Unity
income robbery here among the fans the
horsemen and track management
and tonight every horse in every race
gotta check in everybody had a good time
it was a night when there were no losers
only winners at Sportsman's Park in
Illinois Gary Sidell for harness racing
91 a super night at Sportsman's Park
when we come back we'll check in on
another trip

and this really hasn't come back to what
she was ok you know the the with a
reshaped up you expect a certain girl to
go for the lead
we used figurine if you could only make
the early move yeah because I me again
yet like Carl goal and you just hope
that he let you go
you know back to I thought the six or so
leave go to I was a bit surprised myself
now
also the down the backstretch look like
there was a were you saying I'm going to
open up a little
which wasn't thinking you're my guy by

captain we talked to many times Craig
your
the allusive faces here in this plan PG
stable
continue spokesperson here she dominated
is a two-year-old I know everybody
anything with you
30 she really pretty weak just like
trying to buy the pain and the new
telling us that she was the ready for
this trade know it's really ironic
we try to be so careful with their last
year and nightmares are much
and we really anticipated that should
make that step and really grown be
as powerful 3 issue was a two and
truthfully she wasn't
through nobody's fault she had some
sickness she had some tough luck early
in the year
and honestly I know you fall falsely
like you do a lot of courses in the
state
she was not as dominant
for most of the year at three is
like she was it too she looked real good
about moral got sick after bill more
when I really didn't know
tonight I thought mark gave a nice fair
appraisal before the race I I didn't
would have been happy just being in
first or second and she dominated the
night like last year it was very
reminiscent of that in
hopefully what happen is that she's
overcome some respiratory problems now
and she's
back during a race car her age in Sac
definitely get caravan ask you that
question
I've spoken to Marc Anthony then he
spent the entire year getting ready for
just this one night did that really what
you think about with competing for the
whole season just this one super night
bro neiberg I don't think we are
pointing towards overnight this year the
way we did last year
last year's two-year-old we did this
year we had our problems and
we're just going from race to race
really there was some talk about us
going out he said she got second so we
weren't able to go out east and
a so we were really pointing this one
night this year we're happy to be here
keep beauty and teeth Odom and you're
getting Oct the credit here for picking
her
what made herself bash shell he just
what does believe that
you have a good for your lungs raisin
and he just has a look I gotta do is
keep
trouble she just had that look about her
and
and specifically added Chris Johnson are

panic attack David he drives text most
strains in here they are in the winner's
circle with my paradise paid
he looks like he's some kind of a
special Philly yes she really is she's
been outstanding all summer long
the only time she'd been beaten is on an
off track here
at Sportsman's Park and she's kinda
dominated requested
well in the race you know I US men
United made in a smooth which were you
concerned back there and look pretty
committed twice
well i knows that she US$99 wasn't
handling it turns to well rituals worked
out to my advantage
she did make a powerful me up the
backstretch
but consistent in that turns which
allowed me to get a little
jump on the others you look like your
statistics the church's Frank is a
the last couple things she's opened up
she's about as handy as they get
she can leave she can come from behind
she can do anything and she does it
comes to place is really a nice filly
these me were here or time 1982 my team
yeah our that one was special to me but
this is really special feeling to
graduation thanks and panic attack
number dan Stevens the normal mind and
they were in the winner's circle very
happy about their favorite girl
who are you Stevens normal mind you guys
have got to be happy
there's really no question that she was
gonna win making use
this enormous I think it's cuz ya know
this thoroughbreds never had any where
is now your heart donor
and now you got a big winner and the
winner at the top right now and I am so
happy
no one really complement all those other
people worked fine police and they were
pipe it would be a very popular by

hi-bred
nettle Creek standard ideal that I E now
you're with panic attack
is there anything that can
that you can tell me about how you feel
about when
thing right well i i obviously I'm quite
delighted
a
not only is this a early the Norman I
race this year
so capably trained by text modes in
marvelously driven by by Davey maybe
this is a fairly that was purchased our
the nettle Creek Farm consignment know
where I am a principal
and the by our new young sire masquerade
have a Merry which subsequently has
become a member of our broodmare band
so it at it serves the the entire family
very well downing congratulations he
really nice
really hit like a wide jealous you need
it girl take but Taylor
me only order mike Parker I
later early as a young girl tutor
it there were eight races overall 4 per
trotters former Pacers any trace carried
with it
hot two hundred thousand dollar purchase
also this evening
what do you it is just that for many
reasons you see tonight's 12 race card
features the cream of the Illinois crop
all
Illinois polled and conceived and
battling it out for over 1.4 million
dollars in purses
but there's much more involved it's the
worst minute giving back to the fence
and the fans in turn showing their
appreciation and support
by showing up here intros quite a it's
great for all my racing career brings
all the owners and trainers out
a lot of fans come out you know that the
it's a great night
there's more and more people enjoy
harness racing it's a great sport
and a night like this why it just brings
everybody out its
it's a great I poration it just becomes
becomes bigger and bigger makes the
biggest
is is because everybody together wanted
to be big you know you can have a
you can have a horse race and the
have a lot of money at stake but you
know it doesn't hear what
10 12 races 6 takes
know the action on it one time and I
think you see by the crowd here they
love it
for me it's exciting me i i watch a lot
a race the handicap a lotta races but as
you can see how you dress up like this
all the time this is this a special
vice president or prime peachy and panic
attack now compete she won the orange
and blue two-year-old filly pace last
year
and receive Illinois or so the Year
honors she looks to repeat tonight
in a grandma and for three-year-old
basics there in this stretch
peach opened up for me we need
peachy believes it Carolina would racine
why
is a best closing with pride lady prime
peachy leader ride lady peachy
bride peachy gonna win it pride
great is the best surprise waiting shoes
real good bag and pulled the plugs real
early cuz you
really was relaxing days ago and didn't
take any hold at all but number man I'm
she was perfect weller
we're very excited it's been a little
harder this year but she's
his bold prone show she has a the big
heart a
the in the Mile were tickled to death
it's a great program
a again for print for the the price at
the average price of one
can purchase an Illinois read your link
or they can race
British typeof money it's a lot less
investment right now for only: bred
horses
to be able to raise per person for this
size and panic attack goes to the past
as part of a two-horse entry for trainer
text smarts
this filly from the first crop up
masquerade looks for her
eighth win in nine career starts in
tonight's orange and blue for freshman
billings it's panic attack movin out
there were three lei
lead US 99 is second on the outside
proxy Valley chilean panic attacks
bringing it all home now
5 the good US$99 racing
second backs Valley chilliest their
panic attack by six lanes US
19 sec
fact Valley chilean third I was a little
concerned
with racing around the front and because
ship I never really had a wrister the
home I'll on the front and she sighs
come from off the pace and
and finish real strongly but I felt like
with the fractions the way they were
they were slow the first half that
she would be able to handle front and
the home I'll on another subject
tell us your thoughts about what super
night does where the
horsemen in Illinois what kinda boost
that gives them well I think it's
its exactly words and title the Super
night
it showcases all the finest Illinois
breads in the state and get everybody
out here and there's opportunity for
everybody together
their hand in the till so to speak
there's giveaways
a it's just a great night for harness
racing in Illinois
scores on a quite super I mean this is
the third year I've had the opportunity
to 10 twice a secretary state now is
governor and it really brings out the
best in harness racing in Illinois
brings out the biggest crowd of the year
sportsmen and I think spotlights this
industry
and gets the some people maybe who
wouldn't be interested other
then because the published today in all
the excitement on super night so it
worked out very well for
harness racing in Illinois and we hope
it will result in an expanded business
in this state
so a big night indeed a super night here
at Sportsman's Park
we witnessed great racing seen by over
15,000 fans including a little like
governor jim edgar
there seems to be appealing at Unity
income robbery here among the fans the
horsemen and track management
and tonight every horse in every race
gotta check in everybody had a good time
it was a night when there were no losers
only winners at Sportsman's Park in
Illinois Gary Sidell for harness racing
91 a super night at Sportsman's Park
when we come back we'll check in on
another trip
