Dream Theater - Panic Attack - Legendado - Português e Inglês
All wound up
On the edge
Terrified
Sleep disturbed
Restless mind
Petrified
Bouts of fear
Permeate
All i see
Heightening
Nervousness
Theatens me
I am paralyzed
So afraid to die
Caught off guard
Warning signs
Never show
Tension strikes
Choking me
Worries grow
Why do I feel so numb
Is it something to do with where I come from
Should this be fight or flight
I dont know why i'm constantly so uptight
Rapid heartbeat pounding through my chest
Agitated body in distress
I feel like im in danger
Daily life is strangled by my stress
A stifling surge shooting through all my veins
Extreme apprehension, suddenly i'm insane
No strong hope for redemption
A grave situation desperate at best
Why do I feel so numb
Is it something to do with where I come from
Should this be fight or flight
I dont know why i'm constantly feeling...
Helpless hysteria
A false sense of urgency
Trapped in my phobia
Possessed by anxiety
Run, try to hide
Overwhelmed by this
Complex delirium
Helpless hysteria
A false sense of urgency
Trapped in my phobia
Possessed by anxiety
Run, try to hide
Overwhelmed by this
Complex delirium

Panic Attack and Airplane Phobia Treatment in Dallas, Richardson, Plano TX
A client of mine had a speech to give in New
York City in front of a large crowd of very
powerful peers. He was very nervous about
delivering the speech and how he might be
perceived. Throughout the week, his stress
level continued to grow and grow and culminated
after giving his speech on the way to the
airport. He arrived at the airport, and just
as he got into the plane, one last little
stressor became a panic attack. As my client
began to experience the symptoms of panic
attacks, his heart raced and he began to perspire.
This was happening while his blood vessels
were constricting and his pupils were dilating.
His body was pumping adrenaline and endorphins into his system. At that moment, he began
to fear that he was having a heart attack.
The experience that my client had was a traumatic event. As such, it imprinted his brain in
a way that caused him to be overly reactive
to anything that looks like, sounds like,
or feels like what he experienced at that
very moment. He became much more prone to
having panic attacks then in the future. Fortunately, I was able to help him alleviate the symptoms
and underlying cause of his panic disorder
through the implementation of some powerful
new leading-edge therapies that I work with.
