Syria school bomb blasts: Video shows horrifying aftermath
Scenes of terror and chaos.
This amateur video posted on social media
purports to show the immediate aftermath of
a deadly suicide bombing at a school in Syria.
Said to be in the city of Homs - information
which cannot be verified - the footage shows
scenes of utter chaos following the initial
explosion.
Panicked people can be seen desperately trying
to flee from the scene, while others attempt
to comfort hysterical children.
A short time later another blast, thought
to be a second suicide bomber detonating their
explosives can be heard, triggering a fresh
wave of terror and panic.
At one point the cameraman stops to help another
man rescue a child from the scene, but never
stops filming.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has
said the double blast in the government-controlled
city killed at least 39 civilians, most of
them children.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility
for the attack, but suspicion immediately
fell on anti-government rebels.

what is amygdala ? Charles Linden The Creator Of The "linden method" âœ" Explains The Functions Of It
andquot; The amygdala is a pair of small organs in
the brain, each about the size of an almond.
The amygdala acts like a thermostat regulating,
among other things, our normal baseline anxiety
level.
As anxiety levels rise in response to stressors
such as bereavement, work stress or money
worries for example, the amygdala's needle
is pushed up to the 'high anxiety' zone. Under
normal circumstances, this needle returns
to normal after the event, but when the stress
or anxiety you experience is relentless, the
needle gets stuck at the high anxiety position.
It becomes instinctual. The subconscious mind
which controls all the automatic bodily symptoms,
thinks that this new anxiety level is appropriate
and normal; but you know consciously that
it is not. It is as if the hard drive of your
mind has been reprogrammed with new anxious
software. With this new anxiety level come
sensations and symptoms of anxiety disorder
and maybe panic attacks, phobias and disturbing
thoughts.
So in order to reverse these changes, you
have to reset the needle of your amygdala
back to the normal position. The Linden Method
does exactly that. It shows you exactly what
you need to do today to keep your responses
in the normal zone tomorrow. It can be that
fast. Once your subconscious has this new
set of rules, it can't turn back.andquot;
