Hey guys! Happy new year!
This video is going to take a little more serious turn
than my videos usually do
because I feel like this is something that really needs to be explained
I meditate
I have the meditation crystals and the smiling mind app
and everything
I constantly use them
I have friends who ask me why I meditate or what got me into meditation
I have really bad anxiety
Whenever I have an attack meditating is the ONLY thing that can calm me down
Because, if you have ever had a panic attack before
you know how terrifying it is
It's not just the negative emotions that affect you
It's the fact that it takes away your ability to breathe
and no amount of logic or reasoning could possibly help you
because you aren't thinking logically
All you're thinking is
that you have to SURVIVE.
You have to find a way to get breathe back into your body
And it's absolutely terrifying
I would never wish it on anybody
So
I wanted
to make this video to let people know
that meditating isn't just for people who want to
live a healthier life style
It's for people who
have anxiety problems like I do.
and I just want you to know how much it helps
to be able to take yourself out of that situation
And also if you ever need anybody to talk to
I am here for you
That's it.
