I am off my Anti-Depressants and Anxiety Medications after 18 years on them




Joyce: my most profound changes came through
the cleansing and the dietary changes. We
graduated on June 2 and I didn't come to the
graduation because I had a model of what a
success story looked to me and I had not achieved
it. I had some skin issues on my leg that
I was using as my monitor for, if this is
working then those are going to go away. So
on June 2nd, that hadn't occurred so I didn't
go.
About two weeks later I have no idea why
or how I made the decision. I decided to stop
taking my anti-depressants which I had been
taking for 18 years. Now I was taking it not
for depression, I was taking it for anxiety
for severe panic disorder. I had such severe
panic for a couple of years so for me to make
that decision was to open the door of possibility
that panic disorder would reoccur in my life.
I stand here today with no panic disorders.
I have not had a panic attack. I don't even
think about it. The medication, I'm done with
it. 18 years, it's over. I mean I am free
of the medication. I'm free of panic.
Arnoux: How long has it been?
Joyce: Since June, Mid June.
Arnoux: This is September so 3 months, congratulations.
Joyce: I also normally had to fly with additional
medication and I have flown 3 times this summer
without the anti-depressant and without the
other medication. When I check in to my being,
it's not there! It has been erased.
Arnoux: What do you attribute to it being
gone?
Joyce: Well, I think the seven steps works.
I also did the colonics, 6 or 7 colonics.
I really stayed attuned and really followed
the directions precisely in terms of the cleansing
and continued to do 80%. I'm raw at this point.
I bought a food dehydrator changed my water,
changed my skin care products, my toothpaste.
I mean I've done a lot of the changes, no
alcohol, you know just a lot of the stuff.
So I think it's just the whole synergy of
it all working together to create a more peaceful
bodily environment. So thank you.
Arnoux: You're Welcome. You mentioned you're
leg?
Joyce: So it appears to me to be dietary related.
I would say, the cleaner my diet is the better
it is and I would say that it's about 80%
gone now. I used to go to the dermatologist
and have them burnt, all burnt so I've probably
been burnt like 400 times. I would say if
I were to go in today, possibly could find
10. So it's greatly improved and I 100% believe
that I want to do another cleanse, another
gall bladder flush because I really believe
that it is liver congestion and that as soon
as I clear out my liver it will be a thing
of the past.
