Online Therapist for Panic Attacks - Online Therapy for Panic Attacks
Welcome! My name is Peter Strong, and I am
a professional, registered online psychotherapist.
I provide Online Therapy to help people overcome
anxiety, depression, and addictions and other
emotional problems that they may be experiencing.
One of the areas I work with perhaps more
than any other is anxiety and panic attacks.
So, as an online therapist, I work with you
over Skype so we can see each other and talk
to each other as if we were in the office,
and I teach you ways of working with anxiety
based on a system that I developed, which
is called Mindfulness Therapy.
Basically, this approach teaches you how to
form a stable and non-reactive relationship
with your emotions. This is the absolute,
essential requirement for change. You cannot
avoid or resist anxiety or panic attacks and
expect them to change. You have to form a
relationship with the underlying emotions
that arise. This is what I teach and this
is what I find most effective for overcoming
anxiety and for controlling panic attacks.
Most people see very significant results within
three to four sessions of Mindfulness Therapy
Online.
So, please, if you are interested in working
with an Online Therapist to help you overcome
your panic anxiety, visit my website and contact
me and we can schedule a Skype Therapy session.
Thank you!

How to Alleviate Panic Attacks : How to Prevent Panic Attacks by Staying Healthy
Hi this is Ben Brennan from Austin, Texas.
I'm coming to you on behalf of Expert Village
and today we're going to be talking about
panic attacks. Another contributing factor
to panic attacks is not taking care of our
physical bodies. Millions of people in America
live largely unhealthy lives, never exercise,
have horrible diets, smoke a pack a day and
never have one anxiety attack. However, for
the person who is predispose to anxiety or
panic attacks due to genetics, chronic stress
or stressful life events, being physically
unhealthy could lead to a higher risk of developing
a panic disorder or panic attacks. The good
news is the converse is true as well. Staying
physically healthy you can better equip your
body to handle stress and can potentially
be the difference between having a panic and
attack and your body being able to cope with
anxiety and stress. Examples of behaviors
that can prevent anxiety attacks include;
not abusing drugs, see seeing to smoke cigarettes.
The use of stimulants including caffeine and
cigarettes is actually one of the leading
causes, some experts say of developing panic
disorder for those people who are already
predisposed having high anxiety and stress.
And those use of stimulants are especially
hard on the heart as abusing drugs and alcohol
and so you can see how that relates to what
we talked about earlier with the fighter flight
response and how the heart and the breathing
and the respiratory system are so key in whether
or not you develop panic attacks. Becoming
healthy enough to physically cope with anxiety
and stress could be a great way for individuals
who are biologically or genetically predisposed
to high anxiety to avoid being a panic disorder.
