Testimonial - Panic attacks, fear of travelling (Hodophobia) gone by using VRT

>>DIANE: You helped me anxiety and panic attacks.
>>INTERVIEWER (Jamie Edkins): Did you have
those for a long time?
>>DIANE: I've been having them for over 15
years.
>>INTERVIEWER (Jamie Edkins): What's different
now?
>>DIANE: Well I used to get them a lot when
I went shopping and quite often I would leave
the shopping in the supermarket with the trolley
and walk out. I used to feel suffocated in
shops and places, whereas now it just doesn't
bother me, I don't even think about it.
>>INTERVIEWER (Jamie Edkins): Based on the
amount of times we've worked with you, what's
the difference in your life now? What was
your life like before and what's the difference
now?
>>DIANE: Well the difference is I used to
be scared of practically most things. I used
to be scared of the thought of traveling and
going on holiday whereas since we've used
the VRT I've been to Spain on a coach so I
travelled a full day and was absolutely fine.
>>INTERVIEWER (Jamie Edkins): And that's quite
a new thing?
>>DIANE: Yeah.
I hadn't been on holiday for 4 years but I
realised when I was on the coach I wasn't
watching the road, whereas 4 years ago when
I went I was really panicky and I was watching
the roads and terrified of the ferry.
I didn't get that fear, I was thinking about
what I'm going to do when I get on the ferry
and I was Ok, absolutely fine. It's like I've
been scare of everything all my life.
When we used the VRT I really felt like things
had changed.

Panic Attacks A Scary Reality

I'm Monique Evans with today's health news.
The American Psychological Association (APA)
reports that about 1 in every 75 people experiences
panic attacks or panic disorder. A genetic
predisposition could be a factor. The condition
typically appears in late teens or early adulthood.
These years are often considered to be transitional
periods with life changes such as going away
to college, taking a first job or becoming
a parent. Transitions are stressful and may
contribute to the problem, according to the
APA. Symptoms include a racing pulse, hyperventilating,
sweating and a sense of intense fear. Conventional
treatment usually includes medications to
control symptoms, antidepressants and anti-anxiety
medications. Relaxation techniques and psychotherapy
are also used to help patients manage the
attacks. However, there's another school of
thought when it comes to panic disorder and
panic attacks. Spinal alignment and poor respiratory
function may contribute to panic attacks.
Researchers noted that people who suffer from
panic attacks also frequently have musculoskeletal
issues. The take-away message is that there
may be help for panic attacks. It's important
to get a proper diagnosis and to work with
competent medical practitioners. For dailyRx,
I'm Monique Evans.
