How To Stop Panic Attacks.
this video will explain how panic
attacks work
Imagine this jar is our emotional
container.
A place where we feel all range of our
emotions:
good and bad. This jar is representation
of our desire to feel positive emotions
inside of it.
The fulfillments may be in the form of:
money,
sex, vacations, successful career,
great relationships with the family and
etc
When you constantly get these type of
pleasures,
it makes you feel good, but not only
that,
you also feel high self-worth and
self-esteem,
which helps you get even more pleasures
inside your desire
The problem begin when a person stops
fulfilling his desire
Our desire is a desire to get pleasure.
It needs to get fulfilled on a regular
basis, just like stomach needs food.
When a person stops fulfilling his
desire, the desire fills up with
emptiness!
The emptiness is a result it lack of
goals in life,
procrastination, bad habits. Together with
this,
comes low self-value and self-esteem.
So the problem here is not only that the
desire is empty inside,
but also that the desire lacks energy to
get any fulfillment inside of it.
It became weak and lazy. As the time goes,
the level of emptiness inside the desire
increases,
only the person doesn't feel it yet, he
is still on a thin layer of minimum daily
pleasures.
Then all the sudden tornado vortex forms,
and person feels emotional, accelerated
dive into emptiness,
without any control of it. Panic attack
at a full spin.
And just like real tornados, emotional
tornados disappear after it expands a
certain amount of energy.
Desire moved to a neutral state. A panic
attack is over.
And a person feels calm, but depleted of
energy.
Now, the desire is ready to get
fulfilled again,
just like a stomach is ready to get food
after a sickness.
But note that it's wall has become more
weak, it remembers the previous state
and may fall into tornado vortex much
easier than previously.
The emptiness the desire accumulated
previously didn't disappear,
it never disappears, it stays in the
memory of the desire and can be brought
back at any moment.
The desire also remembers previously
accumulated fulfillments,
achievements and pleasures. They also
never disappear
and can be brought back at any moment.
For example:
ten years ago you went on a great
vacation.
That experience stays in your desire for
ever,
it still makes you feel good, although
you already forgot about it.
Same way some old procrastinations
that you already forgot about,
still make you feel bad. All fulfillments
and all emptiness that we get in our
desire stay with us forever.
In order not to get in a tornado like
panic attack vortex again
the level of fulfillment must be much
higher than the level of emptiness in
our desire
we have discussed how panic attack it
cures due to long-term Lacombe

seen the desire now we will look at the
example the panic attack
due to real or perceived threat liking

when a certain phobia is triggered it
enters a desire in a person and occupies
it completely
it cancels out at least temporarily

for example a person is happy in all
areas of his life
and his phobia is public speaking and a
single chance to fail at it
overshadows all his fulfillment in life
and that is why when the phobia is
triggered it has the power to
temporarily suck out all the fulfilment
from the desire creating a tornado
vortex meaning a panic attack
so how does a person can create such a
valuable fulfillment
so that no phobias can overshadow it and
the on so looks like this
all these extra jobs are other people
and these people will help our main
character number one feel much more
fulfilled
and number two get rid of all phobias
panic attacks and anxieties
how by treating their desires as his own
desire
meaning he takes responsibility for
fulfilling their desires
just like a mother that think about her
children all the time
and enjoys when she sees them smiling
and happy
so what happens with the desire is a
person who thinks about other people
pay close attention his personal desire
expands
and is now includes all these other
desires
and all the space between them here is
your body
and all your personal pleasures
but your focus on thought are directed
inside all these other people
you wish them to be totally happy and
fulfilled
and when you made something to make them
happy or you just see them fulfilled
in that moment you are getting
fulfillment as well
but not a small fulfillment you were
getting previously in your personal
desire
this time all this blue area that is
covering
other desires become your desire so you
are getting much more fulfillment
that you ever could previously and as
long as you are truly focused on other
people
like a mother is always focused on her
children
this huge area I will be fulfilled and
is now
all the emptiness you previously hadn't
cannot even be compared to the huge
fulfillment see we're getting now
and all the phobias that previously
scared you now
have no effect on you at all because
your attention is on other people
you are not even noticing this phobias
now you will ask a question
what can I do for these other designers
in order to fulfil them
I don't have the resources to do that
the answer is
you have to be invested in them in your
emotions when you look at them
you must feel that you are truly looking
at yourself likey Bible says
love your neighbor as yourself in fact
the Bible didn't give us a Morales and
the Bible gave us a law of nature we
need to love others not because they are
good or bad
but because we all are a part of one
common desire
we r on the AMO to level one body
to sum up this video in order to feel
confident and happy
and free have any panic attacks you must
one constantly fulfil your desire
to start connecting with others take
responsibility for more people starting
with your family
if you are not married and have no kids
yet
you must absolutely start a family
our family make it easy for us to
increase our desire
when we stop focusing on ourselves and
instead start focusing on them
and when your desire is increased your
fulfillment

more happy and confident person
now you will see why couples are much
more confident people than singles

to make her happy
that makes a woman do not worry about
herself
and lets her focus on her man and he
feels confident because she tries to
make him happy
and because each one is focused on one
another
and feels happy when another person is
happy each of the desires increases
and now includes the desire of the
second person
their desires are overlapping now and as
a result they are feeling much more
fulfilled
compared to what they would get if they
were both singles

Panic Disorder | Mood Disorders




Panic disorder is grouped in a group of disorders
known as anxiety disorders. The first point
I want to make is to differentiate a panic
attack from a panic disorder. A panic attack
is a discrete period of anxiety that comes
on out the blue that lasts for about 30 or
40 minutes and generally will resolve on its
own accord. The attack is characterised by
thoughts such as the thought that one is going
crazy one is going to lose their mind or that
one is going to die and accompanied by certain
physical sensations palpitations ,clammy skin,
queasiness in the stomach and these together
comprise a panic attack and panic disorder
is the presence of panic attacks coupled with
the fear of having another panic attack and
behaviour and effort put in to try to avoid
having a panic attack but because panic attacks
come on out of the blue its actually pretty
much impossible for these individuals to be
able to predict and therefore control when
they are going to have a panic attack. As
a result the best treatment for panic disorder
is to be evaluated by a psychiatrist and started
on medication which can effectively prevent
and control panic attacks and then over time
as the individual learns that the panic attacks
can be prevented it will eventually lead them
to a state where their fear of having a panic
attack is greatly reduced because they know
that they can be prevented and they can be
prevented using medications to take on a daily
basis to help avoid having panic attacks altogether.
They can also be managed with medication that
can be taken once a panic attack has started
and in that way the individual gains control
over their panic attacks and over time just
knowing that they have the medication with
them helps them avoid having panic attacks
and they don't need to take the medication.
I have patients who have carried around the
same pill of their medication for years because
just knowing that they have it is enough to
help them control the disorder. If you or
someone you know has symptoms that may be
panic disorder I would strongly recommend
you get evaluated by a psychiatrist because
there are definitely treatments available
that can help you control these symptoms.
